- Why book a photographer for a birthday?
- The moments you actually want, the candle blow-out, the genuine laugh, the surprise reaction, happen once and last seconds. A professional catches them while you enjoy the party, and you end up with an edited gallery rather than 300 blurry phone shots.
- How long does birthday coverage last?
- A typical booking runs 2 to 3 hours, covering arrivals, the activities, food and the cake moment. Milestone parties with a meal and dancing usually want 4 hours or more.
- How many photos do we get, and how soon?
- Usually 40 to 80 edited images per hour, delivered in a private online gallery within 5 to 7 working days, fully edited and ready to print and share.
- How much does birthday party photography cost?
- As a guide for UK rates: a 1-hour mini (just the cake moment) is around £150 to £250, a 2-hour party around £250 to £450, and a half-day milestone party around £500 to £800. Tell us the timings for an exact quote.
- Are you good with children’s parties?
- Yes. Children’s parties get a different rhythm: we get low, shoot fast and follow the energy, capturing the chaos and the joy without trying to line everyone up.
