- What does event photography involve?
- It is mostly documentary coverage: we move through your event capturing candid moments, reactions, details and the key set-pieces like speeches or awards, with a few organised group shots at the natural moment. The goal is a complete, natural story of the day or night.
- How long do you cover an event for?
- Anywhere from a focused 1 to 2 hours for a single moment (such as an awards presentation) up to full-day conference or all-evening party coverage. We agree the hours and the key moments in advance so nothing is missed.
- How many photos do we get, and how soon?
- Typically 40 to 80 edited images per hour of coverage, delivered in a private online gallery. Most events are turned around within a few days, and time-sensitive press or corporate galleries can be expedited.
- How much does event photography cost?
- Most UK event coverage falls between roughly £250 for short, focused coverage and £800 to £1,400 for a full day. Final pricing depends on hours, the number of photographers and any same-day delivery. Tell us the brief for an exact quote.
- Do you cover both corporate and private events?
- Yes. We regularly photograph corporate conferences, award nights and brand launches as well as private parties and celebrations, and adapt our style and dress to suit the occasion.
